Since I stop going to the gym 4 years ago, I've been doing a small handful of exercises to maintain my physique. 12 exercises only.

Push ups
Pullups
Dips
Handstand pushups
Squats
Lunges
Leg raises
Run in place
Kicks
Strikes
Jumps
Plank

I do 1 min each and I try my best not to rest...easier said than done..
